• Six Month Smiles – with the Six Month Smiles system, patients can use brackets and wires to reposition the teeth near the front of the smile. These teeth, also referred to as the “social six,” can be quickly repositioned to address crooked or gapped teeth. The brackets and wires are tooth-colored, allowing this treatment to be more discreet than conventional metal braces.
• Invisalign – the Invisalign system also helps with cases of mild to moderate misalignment and uses clear aligner trays to achieve the results. These trays are custom-made from 3D impressions of the smile, ensuring proper fit and function. Patients work through a series of trays, wearing each for two weeks at a time, to achieve the results they desire.
• Traditional braces – in cases where severe misalignment and malocclusion are present, patients might still be better suited for traditional braces. Traditional braces use metal brackets and wires to reposition the smile, realign the bite, and improve appearance. Repositioning the smile with traditional braces may take longer, but this is due in part to the severity of the misalignment that a patient might be dealing with. Patients might wear conventional braces for a year or longer, depending on their specific needs.
